Good Morning! Delta Air Lines have apologized to the East Tennessee State University Golf team and are ready to offer compensation for damages after a video went viral where Delta workers were seen carelessly heaving the team’s club bags from a ramp onto the San Diego airport tarmac.

There were no issues with the clubs themselves, although several bags were damaged and personal items inside were broken.

Thunderstorms swept through North Texas on Friday, forcing a delay in the late afternoon. The weather could continue to play a factor throughout the weekend, but it certainly didn’t slow Davis Riley, who finished the day 10 under and in the lead.

🔝 Riley Solo Leader: After opening the season by missing the cut in six of his first nine starts, Davis Riley has finally started to put together an impressive of stretch of golf.

He carded a bogey-free 64 to finish Round 2 at 10 under and lead by two strokes. Riley has had success at Colonial before - in his rookie season of 2021-22, he finished tied for fourth.

🚀 Scheffler's Comeback: After a pair of over-par rounds on Thursday, a 72 from Scottie Scheffler (T-15) and a 71 from Jordan Spieth (T-25), the local favorites rebounded with solid efforts on Friday to get within striking distance after 36 holes.

Scheffler posted a bogey-free 65 and now sits at 3 under for the tournament, while Spieth started hot with birdies on five of his first six holes, to finish with a 67.

🚩 Stars Miss Cut: Max Homa, Chris Kirk and Taylor Moore are some of the big names who missed the cut after 36 holes.

Kirk was notably one of the captains for a game between eight PGA Tour players who had rent on the line, he dropped out of the picture by finishing with a 74 on Friday.

🌦️ Weather Watch: A few storms rolled through on Friday, causing play to halt for a bit in the late afternoon, and while the forecast is better for the weekend, it’s still possible a thunderstorm could pop up, especially with the excessive heat.

And the temperatures on Sunday are expected to climb into the high 90s with significant humidity.

He has six PGA Tour wins, two DP World Tour wins and four top-seven finishes in his last seven Majors. If it's not him, the other contenders for best male player yet to win a Major have to be Patrick Cantlay, Max Homa or Ludvig Aberg.

🏌‍♀Rahm's Horrendous Start: In LIV Golf, Rahm hasn't finished outside of the top-10, but in the Majors this year he has a best finish of T45, which came in his title defense at The Masters.

He then missed the cut on the number at Valhalla following a torrid start to his opening round where he was four-over after six holes. It was his first missed cut in a Major since the 2019 PGA Championship.
