A number of top stars are projected to miss the cut at Valspar as the underdogs continue to dominate mid-way through the competition.

⛳️ 5-Way Tie At The Top: Kevin Streelman (72), Chandler Phillips (68), Brendon Todd (69), Stewart Cink (67) and Mackenzie Hughes (68) are tied for the top spot after Round 2.

None of the players who share the lead are in the Masters but a win here would take care of that.

🚩 Projected Cut: Jordan Spieth, two-time Valspar winner Sam Burns, Open champion Brian Harman, Tony Finau and Keegan Bradley are all set to miss the cut. For Spieth, it is the first time since 2017 that he will miss the cut in consecutive weeks.

🚨 Cink's Records: Stewart Cink has become the first 36-hole leader/co-leader aged 50+ on the PGA Tour since Phil Mickelson at the 2021 PGA Championship.

This is notably Cink's 500th career start on the PGA Tour.

⏳ Stars In Contention: While most of the big names have either missed the cut or are trailing far behind, a couple of top stars are still in the race to win the title.
