The Masters is still two months away but the hype is real. As we gear up for the first Major of the year, take a look at the 10 greatest final rounds in the history of this tournament.

4. Nick Faldo (1996): Faldo started the final round of the competition six strokes behind the leader at the start of Sunday’s play but still won. He hit 16 greens in a brilliant final-round 67 to win his third green coat, becoming the sixth man to win three or more Masters.

3. Jack Nicklaus (1986): Nicklaus shot 65 including a dazzling final-nine 30 that included an eagle-birdie-birdie stretch on holes 15, 16 and 17. This is one of the most replayed rounds in the history of Golf.

2. Gary Player (1978): This is the lowest final round by a champion (64) in the history of the Masters. Player played the second nine in an exceptional 30 on Sunday to overtake Rod Funseth, Hubert Green and Tom Watson to win his third Masters title at age 42.

1. Ben Hogan (1951): On a day when the field struggled to break 77, Hogan shot four birdies to score 68. He produced the greatest margin between final-round score and field average in tournament history.
