Good morning. The Cognizant Classic is set for a Monday finish but the LPGA Tour and LIV Golf did get a conclusion over the weekend - we’ve got all the scoop in our top story.

Fun Fact: The Arnold Palmer Invitational is the next signature event on the PGA Tour calendar. In 2003, Tiger Woods won the title and became the first golfer since Gene Sarazen at the 1930 Miami Open to win the same tournament in four consecutive years.

Joaquin Niemann won the LIV Golf event in Jeddah - his second title of the season while Hannah Green has won the HSBC Women's World Championship in Singapore.

PGA Tour's Cognizant Classic is set for a Monday finish.

Austin Eckroat is the leader at 15-under through seven holes, one shot ahead of Erik van Rooyen, who has completed his quota.

🚀 LIV Golf: Joaquin Niemann won his second LIV Golf title in three starts, with a 4-shot victory over Louis Oosthuizen and Charl Schwartzel.

Jon Rahm finished fifth while Anthony Kim had a comeback to forget, finishing 53rd in a field of 54.

Crushers GC comprising Bryson DeChambeau, Paul Casey, Charles Howell III and Anirban Lahiri won the team event.

🔰 LPGA Tour: Australian Hannah Green made a 30 feet birdie putt on the final hole to win the HSBC Women's World Championship ahead of Celine Boutier.

This is Green's fourth LPGA title, and first since the JM Eagle LA Championship last year.

World No 1 Lilia Vu withdrew from the final round due to illness while Lydia Ko finished T-34.

Tiger Woods is scheduled to tee-off at 07:47 am ET at the Seminole Pro-Member tournament in Florida today.

🏌️ Woods' Second Event Of The Season: Tiger Woods will play the prestigious Seminole pro-member at the iconic Juno Beach, Florida, club, where he will partner with PGA of America CEO Seth Waugh against dozens of teams of PGA Tour pros and titans of industry.

Other teams include: Rory McIlroy and his dad, Gerry; Seminole president Jimmy Dunne III and Ryan Fox; NFL great Tom Brady and Tony Finau; and MLB commish Rob Manfred and Adam Long.

🎖️ Woods To Receive Bob Jones Award: The USGA has selected Tiger Woods as the 2024 recipient of the Bob Jones Award that “recognizes commitment to sportsmanship and respect for golf’s time-honored traditions.”

Woods and Bobby Jones are notably the only two golfers in history to win nine USGA titles.

Woods joins an illustrious list of Jones winners comprising Arnold Palmer, Jack Nicklaus, Ben Hogan, Byron Nelson, Francis Ouimet, Mickey Wright, Patty Berg, Annika Sorenstam and President George H.W. Bush.

These Golfers Made The Most Money In A Single PGA Tour Season

Prize money has exploded on the circuit thanks to the signature events and the majors boosting their purses - four of the top five single-seasons for money earned happened during the 2022-23 season.

💰 Scottie Scheffler - $14m (2021-22) & $21m (2022-23): Scheffler set a new bar for most money earned in a single season in the 2022-23 season. He’s made $35 million in just the last two seasons and $42.5 million for his career.

💰 Jon Rahm - $16.5m (2022-23): Rahm notably won $2.7 million at the Sentry, $1.44 million at the American Express and $3.6 million at the Genesis Invitational during the 2022-23 season.

💰 Viktor Hovland - $14.1m (2022-23): Hovland won twice in the season: the Memorial, a designated event, and the BMW Championship, a playoff event.

Both wins were good for $3.6 million. He made the cut in all 22 tournaments he entered and finished in the top 10 eight times.

💰 Rory McIlroy - $13.9m (2022-23): McIlroy had two wins that season and of the 17 events he played, he made the weekend at 15 of them.

Twelve times he finished in the top 10, twice he was a runner-up.

💰 Jordan Spieth - $12m (2014-15): Spieth was the reigning US Open and Masters champion when he won the FedEx Cup and its $10 million bonus.

He also became the youngest Tour Player of the Year since Tiger Woods in 1997.
