Plus: How to play Golf in the rain

Good Morning. The Valspar Championship has just got underway - and we’re eager to see how many of our picks are winners. Fact: we’ve had at least one winning pick each week!

Interestingly, this week ties the PGA Tour mark for most Kevins in a field over the last 40 years - Aylwin, Kisner, Streelman, Tway, Yu, Roy, Daugherty 😀

There were also 7 Kevins in the field at the 2012 Pebble Beach Pro-Am and the 2023 Fortinet Championship.

⛳ This day in history: The first Players Championship held at the TPC Stadium Course concluded on March 21, 1982. Jerry Pate won by two shots with a final-round, five-under-par 67.

As both tours unite for the year's first Major, we take an early look at the top contenders to take home the green jacket.

🏌️Jon Rahm: The LIV Golf star comes to the Masters as the defending champion and has the chance to become just the fourth back-to-back winner at Augusta. He is definitely one of the outright favorites.

🏌️ Scottie Scheffler: Scheffler claimed his first and only major to date at the Masters in 2022 and is in a hot run of form having recently won the Arnold Palmer Invitational and The Players.

Rahm may well be the defending champion, but Scheffler is undoubtedly the man to beat.

🏌️Brooks Koepka: Koepka has two second-place finishes at Augusta in his last five starts and an insane record at Majors to support his cause.

He has three wins since his move to LIV but has finished inside the top ten just once in their first four events.

🏌️Rory McIlroy: The Masters is the only major left for the McIlroy to complete his career grand slam.

He added more events this year in the run up to the tournament. to give himself the best possible chance of winning the title - can he succeed?

🏌️Wyndham Clark: Clark is in tremendous form and registered consecutive runner-up finishes in his last two PGA Tour starts.

He notably won the US Open in 2023 but it remains to be seen if he has the nerves to take home the Green Jacket.
