Jon Rahm will make his debut at LIV Mayakoba tomorrow and he touched on a lot of issues during his first LIV Golf press conference ahead of the event. He will captain Legion XIII with Tyrrell Hatton, Caleb Surratt and Kieran Vincent completing the line-up.
Rahm has welcomed McIlroy's change of stance on LIV.
“It's nice to have the support from a player the caliber of Rory, especially those Ryder Cup remarks he made early on. I think that's an important statement for change to be said.”
Rahm believes it will be a competitive season as all the LIV Golf teams are strong contenders to win the tournament. He is also confident about his own team's chances as he sets out to lead a team for the first time.
