Although this system was discovered in the 1990’s, farmers and scientists at Mood were among the first to figure out how to tap into it with cannabis gummies. Just 1 of their rapid onset THC gummies can get you feeling right within 5 minutes!

Scottie Scheffler made history by matching the course record (62) at Le Golf National in order to secure the gold medal at the Paris 2024 Olympic Games. Scheffler’s impressive performance included a series of consecutive birdies on holes 14 through 17, which propelled him to first place and surpassed the scores of competitors such as Tommy Fleetwood and Hideki Matsuyama.

Scheffler has become the second straight American to win gold in men's golf, following Xander Schauffele in the 2020 Tokyo Games. Schauffele was tied for the 54-hole lead with Rahm until he had a heartbreaking collapse - eventually finishing tied for ninth.

⛳️ What All Does Scheffler Get For Winning The Olympic Gold? Although there is no official prize money, the US Olympic and Paralympic Committee pays its winning athletes $37,500 for gold medals. He will also receive roughly 50 points in the Official World Golf Ranking, further strengthening his grip on the top spot in the world.

He also was rewarded with a long, slender box, which goes to all the medal winners in 2024. The box contains a commemorative poster.

Also up for grabs this week were exemptions into all major championships during the 2025 season, an exemption into the 2025 Players Championship and the 2025 Sentry. however, Scheffler already had earned his way into all of these events because of his play this season.

So, while winning at Le Golf National could have been a life-changing moment for many players in Paris, it was just another day in the office for Scheffler, who gives the US a second straight gold.

🥇 US Dominates All-Time Table: Scheffler's Gold means the US comfortably leads the All-Time Olympic Golf medal tally with 14 medals including 6 Golds. Great Britain are second with four medals.

Only 10 nations in all have earned a medal in the five renditions of golf in the Olympics. The first two times were 1900 and 1904, then there was a 112-year hiatus before returning in 2016.

The US has won back-to-back men’s golds and the women will look to duplicate the feat. Nelly Korda won gold in 2021, and she joins Lilia Vu and Rose Zhang in the women’s competition from Aug. 7-10.

EAGLE
Pro Faces Military Service After Missing Medal

PGA Tour star Tom Kim was left in tears in the clubhouse at Le Golf National after missing out on a medal at the Paris 2024 Olympics, as he now faces the prospect of military service.

Kim could have secured an exemption from South Korea's mandatory military service policy and enjoyed an uninterrupted PGA Tour career with a medal at the Olympic Games this summer.

But after a disastrous double-bogey finish on the 18th hole dashed his podium dreams, Kim was captured on video wiping away tears in the Olympic clubhouse as his countdown toward conscription continues.

South Korea has a mandatory conscription law requiring able-bodied men to complete an 18-21 month stint with the military between the ages of 18-35. Exceptions for this service are made for, among others, athletes who either medal at the Olympic Games or earn gold at the Asian Games.

One notable example of a Korean golfer serving in the military is Kim's compatriot Bae Sang-moon. Bae won PGA events in 2013 and 2014 but was forced into a 21-month conscription period the following year, posting just one T-45 finish in the 17 events upon his return and briefly losing his Tour card.

đź“Ś Xander's $408 Equipment Change Doesn't Get Him Gold: Xander Schauffele made an equipment change worth $408.53 ahead of the Paris Olympics in a bid to defend his Olympic Gold.

Schauffele used the Callaway Apex Utility Wood at Le Golf National - a change from his previous two events, where he preferred the Mizuno MP-20 3-iron.

The Callaway Apex UW is a 2021 club - it has tungsten parts strategically placed in the head that allow for increased tee height and consistent rotation and also eliminates draw bias. Callaway's official online store offers this club for $408.53.

But the change didn't bring the desired result for Schauffele, as he eventually finished tied for the ninth spot.
