🏌🏻 Scheffler's Caddie Beats Rory

Plus: Improve ball striking with Collin Morikawa

Good morning. Scottie Scheffler is on track to start as the shortest-priced Masters favorite with +500 odds to win since Tiger Woods (+350) in 2013.

Here’s where Scottie Scheffler takes the cake: he has shot under par in all 27 of his rounds played this season on the PGA Tour.

It's the longest streak ever to begin a PGA Tour season.

β›³ This day in history: On this date in 2000, Charlotta Sorenstam won the Standard Register Ping and joined her sister Annika as the first pair of siblings to win on the LPGA Tour.

Scottie Scheffler became the fastest golfer to cross $50 million earnings on the PGA Tour after bagging the winner's cheque of $4.5 million at The Players and his caddie has earned a significant fortune as well.

πŸ’° More Earnings Than Rory: Caddies typically earn 10% of a player’s winning prize money and Scottie Scheffler’s two victories has seen his caddie Ted Scott's bank balance swell by $850,000 in the last two weeks alone.

Rory McIlroy has earnings of $798,205 from his five PGA Tour appearances so far this year - over $50,000 less than Scott's earnings in March alone.

πŸ’Έ $50 Million Club: Scottie Scheffler has officially earned $53.5 million on the PGA Tour, which jumps him past Jon Rahm into 14th place on the all-time money list.

He’s also the fastest to break the $50 million barrier, doing it in 113 starts. By comparison, it took Tiger Woods 177 starts to eclipse the mark (he did it in 2005), Rory McIlroy 169 starts when he broke through in 2019 and Rahm 141 starts.

🀯 Trails On Social Media: While Scottie Scheffler is absolutely owning it on the course, he still has a long way to go when it comes to earnings from social media.

Scheffler, who has one of the highest Instagram follower count among his peers, only garners an average of $2,000 to $3,000 per post while Golf celebrity influencer Paige Spiranac averages around $8,477 to $12,716 per post - almost four times more than the World No 1!
