Plus: The perfect putting setup

Good morning. Stephan Jaeger had a dream run at the Houston Open, bagging his maiden PGA Tour title - here’s the equipment he used and the prize money breakdown at the tournament.

Plus, check out the gear that helped Nelly Korda win three consecutive LPGA Tour titles and the purse breakdown at the Ford Championship.

Meanwhile, a narrow miss in our top picks as Scottie Scheffler (our pick to win the tournament) finished T-2.

Today's Trivia: Nelly Korda has won 3 times in her first 4 LPGA starts of 2024. Who was the last American to achieve this feat? Answer at the end of the email.

⛳️ This Day In History: In 1930, Bobby Jones won the Southeastern Open in Atlanta and would go on to win the Grand Slam that year. And more than half a century later in 1984, Fred Couples at age 24 won the Players Championship at TPC Sawgrass by one shot over Lee Trevino.

Two players entered the weekend with a historic three-peat on the line - only one of them prevailed.

Scottie Scheffler was looking to be the 1st to win 3 straight starts on the PGA Tour since Dustin Johnson in 2017, he failed.

Nelly Korda became the first to win 3 straight LPGA starts since Ariya Jutanugarn in 2016.

πŸš€ Michelle Wie West - 68(2004): Wie West shot 68 as a 14-year-old amateur in the second round of the Sony Open in Hawaii, narrowly missing on making the cut at what was a PGA Tour event by just one stroke.
